The Otway Pasta Company are a small family owned pasta manufacturer located in Colac, Western Victoria. They use the finest quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce an exceptionally flavoursome, nutritious, delicious pasta & sauces.
INGREDIENTS: White rice flour, whole "true" free range chicken eggs, tapioca flour, lupin flour, filtered water, organic olive oil, xanthan gum and Olssons salt.
ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains Egg and Lupin flour. This product contains raw egg and must be cooked prior to consumption.
STORAGE: Refrigerate at 4 degrees celcius. Once opened store in an airtight container and use within 3 days. Fresh pasta is suitable for home freezing. Freeze prior to use by date.
