We said goodbye to the Sugars (Sugar, Maltodextrin, Dextrose), Maize starch, Shortening Powders (Milk and Soy) (yes these gravies are plant-based for our vegans!), Artificial Colours, Anti-caking Agent and Vegetable Oil. Then we have added a whole bunch of favourite herbs and spices. 

Unlike seasonings, we needed a functional ingredient to thicken the gravy otherwise this gravy would be so damn runny! We have used gluten free starches (potato starch and rice flour) to achieve this.
