maize starch , water , sour dough (rice flour, water) 14% , buckwheat flour 8% , rice flour , rice syrup ,vegetable fibre (psyllium) , rice starch , sunflower oil , soya protein , sorghum flour 2,1% , thickener:hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ; yeast , salt , sugar . May contain mustard. LACTOSE-FREE (lactose<70ppm) .
