The Gluten-Free Lab was born on the 1st of March 2019.The synergy of three friends Edoardo, Frank & William has seen The Gluten-Free lab develop over 20 unique products in the first 100% gluten-free pasta factory in Western Australia.  

The Gluten Free Lab is driven by a fiery passion to create delicious, quality products that can be shared amongst family & friends.

 

Ingredients:

Potatoes, dehydrated potatoes, potato flour, xanthan gum, tapioca starch

 

 

Defrost at temperature between 1-8 degrees (fridge). Do not refreeze. 4 week shelf life from defrost.
